Also called a layoff, redundancy, or employee termination, Reductions in Force are the temporary or permanent termination of one or more employees from an organization. There are many reasons for a Reduction in Force, though many times it is due to downsizing or reorganization. Sometimes a lengthy process, there are tools and resources available to organizations who are undergoing Reductions in Force to carry out the process in an efficient and timely manner.
